The word TREZ is an acronym for the names of the three partners: Roberto Timms, Jorge Ramirez and Esteban Zombory. It embodies the number three, which according to Aristoteles is the symbol of perfect balance and harmony, notable aspects of our wines. We hope you enjoy them as much as we did while creating them.

Our winery and Malbec vineyard, planted in 1924, is located in the privileged area of Perdriel, Lujan de Cuyo, which represents the best of the Mendoza terroir.
The soils in the area come from what was once the water bed of the Mendoza river, characterized
by three layers. The top layer consists of clay loam soil, followed by gravel and further down the
rounded cobble stones of different sizes. These are the ideal conditions for good drainage and root
Climate: The vineyard is located in a mild continental climate zone. The rain falls mainly in summer with a yearly average of 250 to 300 mm. The wide temperature range and countless sunny days guarantee the perfect health conditions for an ideal ripening of high quality grapes.
Vineyard: We are proud of our almost one century-old grapevines planted in 1924 at approximately 950 meters above sea level, driven in low cordon trellis. The high density of plants per hectare enables a yield of approximately 70 quintals per hectare with an excellent ratio between leaf area and production. It is pruned under the Guyot system and irrigated with water from the melting of the Andes Mountains.
Winery: Designed with an avant-garde architecture for the production of top-of-the-range wines, it has cold/heat equipment for strict temperature control, stainless steel tanks and oak barrels for fermentation. In addition, a tasting and meeting room, a laboratory and a barrel room equipped for the careful ageing of our wines can be found.
